Recipe of the day: Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients: 200 grams of dark chocolate - 150 g of fresh cream - whipped cream
Preparation: boil the cream and then pour it over the chocolate previously torn to pieces. Stir with a whisk from the center outward until the chocolate is fully melted.
Now add in the whipped cream, again using the whip, but this time from bottom to top and very soft.
Once filled a bag with a few of the finished compost, you can fill the glasses with the mousse and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
E 'excellent served with raspberries or raspberry sauce.
