'The secret ingredient', Heinz Beck, a great German chef in Italy for some time from now, we feel that it is a book to recommend.
The author has written down his passions, as revealing the inspiration for the construction of a new dish. is not the first book written by Beck. He started in 2001 with a collection of her recipes and then all of his books had achieved great success deserving of many awards at international competition "The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
