The book of the week "The secret ingredient" Operation


'The secret ingredient', Heinz Beck, a great German chef in Italy for some time from now, we feel that it is a book to recommend.
The author has written down his passions, as revealing the inspiration for the construction of a new dish. In his own words:''Cooking for me and 'How to Join an acronym Communication, enchantment, Nature and Harmony. My dream with this book, it was bringing people through writing the most 'profound of me and' the reflection of an artist on his way to create.'' This
is not the first book written by Beck. He started in 2001 with a collection of her recipes and then all of his books had achieved great success deserving of many awards at international competition "The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
Let's enter into the thoughts of a great creator in the kitchen, who knows maybe we can steal some precious secret to be used in our less prestigious "culinary creations."
